phone my regular mechanic who i have spent a lot of money with, i had a low tire, he could fit me in that day and i had to go to work the next day so i asked about the next morning and he said when next week. i am a senior, i expected more from him. anyways i went true Automotive. i also need a smoke test and my mechanic wanted to charge me 120.00 but True auto only charges 60.00, so i will be going there from now on. Anne at the front (and Brian) spent a lot of time explaining the options available for some rims I had at home as well as the ones on the car. in order to try and save me some fees. I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new. Read more
